Panemor Orbis
Planetary Mixer
The ORBIS is delivered with 20, 40 and 60 litre bowls as desired. The planetary movement of the tools is by rotation around its own axis and revolution around a point; this makes it possible to work the ingredients in the bowl in such a way as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Three utensils are provided with each planetary mixer: a whisk with wires of various gauges which makes it possible to beat eggs, whip cream and whisk various semi-fluid creams, a hook (a spiral in some models) for leavened dough such as cake (and well-hydrated bread/pizza) and a blade for short pastry, cakes and biscuits.
